There are three different sized rooms available for hire by the hour.

The Resource Room can accommodate up to 15 people and is suitable for small informal group meetings, with coffee and tea-making facilities.

The Guesten Room can accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre-style seating configuration and is often used for local craft and country markets, charity support groups and meetings. The room can be partitioned for increased flexibility.  A portable projector screen is also available.

The Main Hall, upstairs, can accommodate a maximum of 100 people and is suitable for theatrical uses, art exhibitions, dance and keep-fit sessions, parties and business meetings; it also has a partition.  This hall has a large fixed projector screen.

Both the Main Hall and Guesten Room have access to their own, separate kitchens equipped with ovens, crockery and cutlery.

There are toilet facilities for the disabled, as well as a lift to the first floor room (Main Hall) suitable for wheelchair access.

The rooms are situated in the grounds of Great Malvern Priory, providing a picturesque setting with the Malvern Hills behind.

The Resource Room is also a centre for quiet study. It contains a library of Christian literature, DVDs, videos and CDs, all of which may be borrowed and taken away without charge. If you would like to borrow any of the resources, please contact the office or ask in our Bookshop to check on its availability. Should you wish to retain anything you may do so in return for an appropriate donation.
